SPG Printing is only responsible to refund money missing, or broken items on print errors or embroidery errors like changing the customer’s logos, colors or fonts. In this case the customer should return the product to SPG Printing manufacturing warehouse where the item would be reviewed and changed to new product. At SPG Printing once approved all sales are final , we don’t accept returns since all items are specifically customized for each customer and cannot be sold to any other person. If a customer is not happy with the overall view, comfort or any other reasons that are not design errors as mentioned above, SPG Printing will not be responsible to refund any money to the customer. At SPG Printing we make sure that the final customer is aware of the product’s quality, item size and print. If a customer provides their own items SPG Printing will not be responsible for any damage or issues that can happen to their items, at SPG Printing the user can purchase the items where we know how each an every item reacts to the specific choice of customization and we prefer using our own items which are always offered to the customers first.
